Unlike other platforms that pay monthly, Nemesis issues weekly promotional reward

Nemesis charges a 10% service fee on every sale.
That 10% supports the community as follows:
• 50% funds promotional rewards for verified content creators.
• 30% supports Nemesis operations, security, and infrastructure.
• 20% fuels promotional bonuses for buyers supporting sellers.

Rewards are funded from Nemesis’s platform revenue and promotional budget. They are not
guaranteed and are not investment returns.

How Engagement Rewards Work

Nemesis uses engagement metrics (views, likes, comments, shares, etc.) to determine
reward eligibility within defined brackets:
• Bracket A — Top engagement level
• Bracket B — Mid-level engagement
• Bracket C — Entry-level engagement
Rewards are distributed from the promotional reward pool available for each payout cycle.
Each bracket has a limited number of spots at any time. As the community grows, total pool
size and available rewards expand.

Payouts depend on verified engagement and available promotional budget. They are not fixed
income or guaranteed profit shares.

Nemesis features a dedicated Music Section for independent artists. Artists can sell their
music directly to fans and set their own prices. Nemesis is not a streaming service — it’s a
creator-first marketplace that helps artists get paid fairly for their work.

Nemesis Rewards are promotional incentives, not income, wages, securities, or gambling
prizes. Participation involves no risk of loss, no purchase requirement, and no expectation of
profit. All rewards are funded from Nemesis’s marketing and revenue budgets and processed
under applicable consumer-protection and tax laws.

Our Business Model at a Glance

We charge a 10% commission on each item sold.

From that 10%, we fund: 50% — Content creators. 30% — NEMESIS operations & platform improvements. 20% — Buyer rewards. (When you buy something on NEMESIS, you’re automatically placed into a payout pool. NEMESIS splits that pool with all users who made purchases on the app during that payout cycle.)

Advertising Revenue Split

50% — Content creators. 30% — to NEMESIS business operations & platform improvements. 20% — Buyer rewards. (When you make a purchase, you join the buyer reward pool for that cycle, and NEMESIS splits the pool among all qualifying buyers.)

How Engagement Payouts Work

Payouts are based on engagement scores in three tiers:

- Bracket A — 0.6 or higher

- Bracket B — 0.4 or higher

- Bracket C — 0.2 or higher

Your engagement score is built from:

- Content Reach — Views on your posts

- Community Interaction — Likes, comments, shares, and participation in events

Activity – Points Earned

- 2,000 views — 0.10

- 50 likes — 0.05

- 20 comments — 0.03

- 5 shares — 0.02

Example: Total Engagement Score = 0.20 (Bracket C) → Qualifies for payout

Important to Know:

Payouts are based on the revenue and reward pool we have available. As the platform grows, these pools get bigger — and more bracket members will get paid.

Each bracket has a limited number of payout spots at any given time. As more sellers, buyers, and advertisers join Nemesis, both the number of spots and the payout amounts will increase.

When you support Nemesis through the e-commerce store or advertising, that money goes directly back to our users and strengthens the platform. Our plan is to grow rapidly so we can build a steady, thriving payout economy for content creators.

In short: Nemesis rewards you for building the community. Every view, like, and purchase helps expand the reward pool — and gets you closer to earning more, faster.
